The Royal Spanish Lifesaving (RFESS) participated, out of competition, with a women's team (Irene Lalana Muñoz, M ª Jesús Palacios Armas, Ana Carbajo López, Celia Visa Garcia and Stephanie Roizo Villandiego) and one male (Mikel Escalona Fernandez, Daniel Garcia Fernandez, Carlos Periañez Carrasco, Gonzalo Mateo Merino, David Buil Sanz and Carlos Gomez Anton) in the National Championship XIV Lifesaving military that took place from 2 to 6 September in Mazarrón (Murcia).
For RFESS is proud to have been invited to participate in an event of this nature, which until now was exclusive to military professionals in aquatic safety and have participated with the Military Emergency Unit, Civil Guard, Navy and the Air Force.
The excellent level of competition held note is the great human quality of these professionals in the lifesaving, fellowship and good cooperation among all participating athletes and technicians.
Technicians and athletes from the Royal Lifesaving Spanish exchanged expertise and related tactical rescue tests in both pool and beach or exhibitions have made rescue tests lifeline and drag dummy 4x25 , evidence is expected to be included in the competition schedule for the next edition of the National Championship Lifesaving Military.
The sporting experience coupled with the security that possess aquatic RFESS aiders and the experience of all members sportsmen Security Forces in conducting water rescues has led to an exchange of knowledge that contribute to refining even more, if possible, the techniques and tactics they may need to ensure safety in the aquatic environment.
During the closure the team has been requested to be placed RFESS in formation with the rest of the security forces involved in the competition and join the family photo that usually closes the event, which until today was exclusive to the military participants in the National Championship Lifesaving Military.
The Team Manager, Antonio Trivino Pardo, collected on behalf of the Royal Spanish Federation Lifesaving recall for participation in the event.
A standing ovation accompanied the athletes and technical team that have shown RFESS excited about the respect, care and treatment received by all professionals in the security forces with those who have had the opportunity to live an unforgettable week in Mazarrón.
