Last August, three members of the local police in Mazarrón, were suspended without pay by the City.
This, after the prosecutor considers the disciplinary presented by the town against the Chief Officer of Police, an officer and union of SIME, and a corporal and officer of Local Government CSI.F.
The two trade unionists were suspended for two years for allegedly lashing out against municipal management.
They did publicly during a press conference in which they said, among other things, that the City had failed to collect a large sum of money in fees and licenses.
Such statements were that constitute an infringement of "overstepping his duties, reveal details of his work that must be kept under secrecy and disobedience to authority."
As the Chief of Police, he was suspended for one year "for disobedience to authority not fulfill any of the orders made by the mayor and council of Safety of the City".
On August 26, the Law Office of CSI.F, presented in court contentious administrative suit, requesting a stay of execution imposed on fellow delegate CSI.F, getting to September 4 in the order made by the Administrative Court # 8 of Murcia, the court suspended the execution of the suspension without pay of our delegate
