The full City Council of Mazarrón, in extraordinary session in today, has approved the Vote In Favor of all political groups except IU councilor has failed, the Totality Amendment by the Popular Party the motion of the socialist municipal group on Allegations Against Project Proposal Basin Hydrological Plan of the Tagus.

With this decision the municipality of Mazarrón supports THE IRRIGATION in all its claims and reached a consensus of the major parties to defend the Memorandum on the Tajo-Segura, drafted by the Ministry of Agriculture, the Region of Murcia, Valencia and the Irrigators.

This morning has triumphed the reason why the Memorandum is a document that replaces confrontation dialogue, born of consensus and for the first time, there is a firm commitment in writing from the will of the Government of Spain for ENSURE Tajo-Segura.
