The hall of the Cultural Center of Mazarrón hosted last Friday, February 14th, Valentine's Day, the awards competition 'statements like' this year.
The delivery was made by the Councillor for Culture, Maria Celeste Soria, who thanked "the high turnout was registered in this new edition of a contest that convened through local libraries, promotes the habit of reading and artistic creation among citizens of Mazarrón. "
The mayor congratulated the winners of both the category for School and the Adult, who read their works to the public.
In the category for students in secondary and high schools, the winner of the first prize of an iPad Mini and diploma, Yolanda Rabal was for his poetry 'The words that nobody ever told'.
The second prize of a smartphone and diploma, went to the hands of the poem by Pablo Carreño 'that day'.
Finally, David Moreno took the third prize of a voucher for sports store worth 50 euros and diploma, for his work 'I promise'.
In regard to adults, the winner of the first prize of a dinner for two and spa diploma, Urrea was Michelangelo with his poem 'Friday February'.
The second prize of a photographic book for two and diploma, went to Marta Perez for the story titled 'hopeful Ola'.
The third prize of a dinner for two at a restaurant of Mazarrón and diploma, went to a video statement, a format that was released in this edition by Ana Belen Zamora and was entitled 'Memories of a lifetime' .
