The Board of Governors approved the sale for direct award procedure, in a building owned by the Community, located in the town of Mazarrón and named 'farm Leyva', for an amount of 35,427 euros.

The direct award procedure occurs after being unsuccessful sale at auction and the second being the amount of sales the same notice in the above auction.

With this, the Ministry of Economy and Finance Plan fulfills the optimization of real estate assets.
