The coast of Mazarrón repeated this year in number of flags with the qualification of Q for Tourism Quality and expands by one the number of blue flags.
Councilman Civil Protection and Coastal Services, Miguel Garcia, received days earlier at the headquarters of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, notification of these awards.
The beaches that have earned the flags with the Q Tourism Quality are Rihuete Bay, Castellar, Bolnuevo, La Reya and Nares.
While the Blue Flag beaches this time have been Alamillo, Rihuete, Puerto, Castellar, La Reya and Nares.
This last beach did not get the blue flag last year.
A highlight is a special way, Castellar beach as well as this recognition also has the distinction of Ecoplaya.
Councilman Miguel Garcia recalls that although the blue flags which have more media name, are those with the Q Tourism Quality which require more effort to obtain it, since the requirements are more numerous.
Services, first aid, clean water and sand and accesses are few.
In a few days the twelve flags be flown.
