The idea is to enhance the seabed of our bay as part of tourist attraction.
Under this objective a new cycle of baptisms diving organized by the Southeastern Center Bachisub in collaboration with the Department of Tourism is framed.
This initiative is part of this project to diversify leisure.
50 people for six days, at no cost, experience their first underwater dive under the supervision of qualified instructors.
Immersion is an approach to the basic techniques of this underwater sport as we have confirmed Antonio Carrasco, one of the instructors who work for this initiative.
"We team functioning, how do the dive and the media that we use, but mostly work the psychological aspect, as the first dive impressive."
Last Wednesday, coinciding with the feast of the Virgin of Carmen the first diplomas certifying the completion of this activity were given.
Such delivery was made by the mayor of Tourism, Maria Celeste Soria.
The satisfaction of the participants reflected on their faces, pointing have lived a great experience and recommended it one hundred percent.
The activity lasts about twenty minutes and the maximum depth usually does not exceed five meters.
Alfonso Bachiller, dive center manager, has confirmed the great success of this activity.
"It's fully booked, people come from throughout the Region of Murcia" said Bachiller who also see in our seabed tourism potential untapped.
