"Writers are treasure hunters, but sometimes they are the ones that find us."
So the winner of this year's Tales Contest Villa de Mazarrón, Marta Guiberteau expressed.
Born in Badajoz, Guiberteau, received the first prize, estimated at 3600 euros, from the mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Garcia, who presided over the delivery by the Councillor for Culture, Ginés Campillo.

The second prize went to the Alicante writer, José Ignacio Sendón, teacher High School, for her story "Speechless."
Sendón was grateful for the recognition received in our town and wanted to highlight the purity of children, the characters in his story as an example of adult life.
City officials and personalities from the world of culture and the company missed a literary event year after year is becoming one of the most prominent national competitions of its kind.
José María López Ballesta, director of the organizing institution, the People's University, recalled the history of this competition.
