The roads in the towns of Mazarrón and Cartagena have hosted this weekend the different tests of Spain Cycling Championships in the junior categories, masters and senior.
A total of 700 cyclists participated in the seven different tests that make up this event.
The organization estimates a nearby assistance to three thousand people, with full local hotels, as well as those of neighboring municipalities.
This Sunday, the Aragonese Jaime Castrillo junior champion Spain was proclaimed Queen after winning round in a circuit long journey of over 116 kilometers in that high of Cedacero and La Cuesta is totaled.
The final podium was completed the Spaniard José Miguel Miranda and Víctor Romero Murcia.
The award of this test was attended by Mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Garcia and the Councillor for Sports, Andrew James, along with David and Magdalena Fernández Méndez, also members of the government team.
The champions of the different sleeves Mayor presented him a jersey signed.
Murcia won three medals at these championships, along with Victor Romero also climbed the podium José David Gómez (Bronze master 40) and Mario Garcia totanero (Senior Gold).
The medal opened last Friday Zamora Maria Calderon after winning the individual time trial race between Majada and Mazarrón.
Satisfaction has been the general trend for these three days and both the president of the Spanish Cycling Federation José Luis López Cerrón, as the president of the Federation of Murcia, José López Tortosa, commended local authorities for their support in organization of these championships.
