More than 400 people attended in Puerto de Mazarrón last Saturday oktober fest, the traditional celebration of German beer, the Central European country celebrated in the month of October and in recent years has been internationalized.
The event, a charitable organization, was organized by the Association of Ecumenical Church of Camposol.
Coopers Square of Puerto de Mazarrón became an integrative point of the German community residents and visitors of the town.
Bavarian Beer and pleased the palate flavors of these all day.
With the money raised the Ecumenical Church usually annually collaborate on the development of social projects to help needy people in the municipality.
The event was attended by the Mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Garcia, and councilors and Civil Protection Service, Juan Miguel Muñoz and Miguel García Blaya Incarnation.
The mayor wanted to highlight the work that has been playing this association.
Francisco Garcia, "in crisis like the present, governments must acknowledge the solidarity support organizations providing this kind."
As the mayor said, "solidarity is a basic pillar of civic life that should never break down, run-time to run."
The visit of the local authorities was grateful for the Reverends Krause and Klute also present in the charity event with Antonio González Semitiel, one of the leaders of this association in Mazarrón.
