Small supermarkets, shops, bars, inns and restaurants of the town will save 42% a year on receipt of the garbage fee.
Only in two months of the year will pay the amount actually paid.
This corresponds to two months of the high season (July and August).
For the rest of bimesters owners of these businesses will pay half the normal receipt.
The move affects five hundred establishments in the town, and corresponds to the thickness of council tax cuts approved in the last full and driven by the mayor, Francisco Garcia.
For bars, currently pay 836.52 euros per year garbage fee.
This amount corresponds to the sum of six bimonthly bills of 139.42 euros each.
The new measure comes into force on January 1, only receipt of July and August will keep that cost, while the rest will remain at 69.71 euros, assuming end of year savings of 348.55 euros.
Another example is the supermarket less than 500 square meters.
Annually paid 2606.76 euros.
The new measure will pay 1520 euros, which will save them 1086 euros.
870 euros in the case of restaurants, 284 in pension and cafes and shops are 130 for the other data in annual savings associated with this tax cut that also includes rebates for families with fewer resources and lowering the estate tax property (IBI) that affects all citizens.
The water tariff will have a 50% reduction in those families with low SES.
From January 1 a table in which the criteria are established to apply this reduction to go based on an income limit will be published.
In advance, a family with two members with annual incomes below 11,928 euros shall be entitled to the reduced rate.
The garbage fee will also be significant reductions in 2015.
Zero charge (you pay nothing), reduced rate of 60% and normal share: three kinds of quotas.

An estimated three thousand families can benefit from this measure.
