From early Sunday morning many painters sought a corner of our municipality to translate it later in a box with a delivery time limit and on the same day.
Creativity, pragmatism and resolution which finally resulted beautiful works in different styles, in the twelfth edition of Painting Contest Outdoor Domingo Valdivieso.
The renowned painter Blanca, Pedro Cano, and Cartagena artist, Javier Lorente, chaired the jury along with also painters Luis Marino Mateos, Thomas Raja and Mariano Guillen, besides the Councillor for Culture, Ginés Campillo that with the mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco García, attended the awards ceremony.
Antonio Agulló took first prize of 2500 euros, granted by the City of Mazarrón.
The second prize, worth 1500 euros and sponsored by the company Mazalia was Alfredo López.
The third, 1,000 euros and sponsored by Agyrec, went to the box José Antonio French.
The special prize watercolor, valued at 600 euros and sponsored by Hortisa, went to Manuel Jiménez box.
They were given four runners, Optics sponsored Guillén, Vera Ortiz Brothers, Bar Luis and Camping Beaches in Mazarrón, valued at $ 350, and given to the paintings of Jaime Jurado, Blai Tomas Del Amo Sergio Alberto Márquez.
In the junior category the first prize was not awarded.
The second, sponsored by Library Navarro and valued at 60 euros paint material, was awarded to Alfonso Hernandez.
The third child prize of 40 euros paint material and sponsored by Library Calle Mayor, was for Carlos Luque.
