The Poetry Contest III of Love "Declare" registered this year an increase in participation, especially in the youth section.
A total of 90 presented near works, 15 in phase in adult and juvenile 72.
In adults the first prize went to the poetry of Maria Sanchez Torres entitled "Naked" and presented under the pseudonym "Wet Earth".
The second prize went to "Classic Love" Immaculate Oliver Leon and the third for "But" Marina Alcolea Lopez.
The winners received a diploma and a Box Experience redeemable for hotel nights, spa, adventure sports, etc.
worth 200, 150 and 75 euros respectively.
In the youth section, the first prize went to "Sunrise" cervine Germán Gómez, High School sophomore IES Antonio Hellin of Puerto de Mazarrón.
The second prize for "What is not" Irene Sánchez Hervás, second high school student IES Domingo Valdivieso and the third for "Seven Dreams" Elena Alcaide, former student of the school ESO XXI Century.
The winners received their diploma and a tablet, a smartphone and a voucher for sports communications, respectively.
At the awards ceremony of this III Love Poetry Competition "Declare Yourself" was attended by the Councillor for Culture, Ginés Campillo and the mayor of Youth, Andrew James.
This contest has been organized for three years on the occasion of activities to encourage reading taking place in municipal libraries.
