The Governing Council has approved the demarcation of protection environment Tower of Horses in Mazarrón, which is declared of Cultural Interest (BIC) in the Monument category.
La Torre de los Caballos, located in a watchtower Bolnuevo is 60 square meters and square plant built in the late sixteenth century.

The restoration was completed in 2010 also created an exhibition space in which information is given about the Miracle of Bolnuevo and the Watchers own path Torres Mazarrón Bay.
The delimitation of environment protection is justified by the need to define a space that allows the preservation of existing buildings in this area, given the significance and cultural value of the integrating it, and by the need to ensure the integrity of the cultural landscape forming it.
