On Monday, Via Crucis and Meeting in Puerto de Mazarrón
Good weather and heat wanted to accompany Palm Sunday processions of the municipality.
Shortly after half past ten departed from the Garden of Peace Mazarrón, child palm procession symbolizing Jesus' entry into Jerusalem.
Children are the stars of this procession in which all eyes are focused on a small throne bearing the popular "Burrica".

At 11:30 took place the blessing and procession of palms back from the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception was the Church of San Andrés.
In Puerto de Mazarrón as usual in recent years the Palm Sunday procession started from the chapel of San Antón the district of San Isidro to the Church of San José.
The heat pressed at noon while the drums sounded band drums and bugles.
Present at the event along with representatives of the guilds was the mayor of Celebration, Isidro Coy.
In the afternoon a tribute to the Monument of the Nazarene, with the mayor, Francisco García and councilors of Culture and Services, Ginés Campillo and Juan Miguel Muñoz was held at the Plaza del Romeral de Mazarrón.
After the tribute took place a nice parade and tamborada with the participation of the various brotherhoods of the Easter Mazarron in a ceremony in which summon and call the neighbors for the next days.
On Monday 30 March Easter Puerto de Mazarrón debuts a new event.
At 21:30 hours will be held a Via Crucis and a meeting of Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno with Our Lady Our Lady of Sorrows.
Both thrones start from the fish market and the Church of San José, respectively.
