Spectacular images at the start of the trial that started from the beach of Puerto de Mazarrón Rihuete
The XXVI edition of the National Triathlon Villa de Fuente Alamo did not disappoint generating more excitement than in previous years.
Nearly a thousand participants from the different categories set out Rihuete beach, from which completed 750 meters swim and bike the first kilometers of this test, one of the highlights of the national calendar.
The Mayor of Fuente Alamo, Maria Antonia Conesa and the Mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Garcia, were in charge of giving the starting order of a competition that reunited much of the Spanish elite of the sport.
The Spaniard Emilio Aguayo was the absolute winner in male category after completing 750 meters swim, 24 km bike and 5 km from athletics event in 1 hour, 2 minutes and 50 seconds.
In absolute female category, the winner was Marina Damlaimcourt Madrid (Olympic in London 2012) with a time of 1 hour, 13 minutes and 36 seconds.
