The full City Council of Mazarrón, meeting in extraordinary session, approved on Thursday the progress of modification of the General Urban Plan affecting the hamlet of El Saladillo (Camposol).
The only item on the agenda, a proposal initiated by the Mayor, Francisco Garcia, went ahead with the vote in favor of the Working Group, and Parema Izquierda Unida.
The Popular Party and the Socialist Party abstained, while the Independent Union councilors decided to leave the city before the vote.
The amendment approved in the urban reassures neighbors through implementation of a solution to the channeling of the gully and also provides legal certainty as they can legalize existing buildings.
It will allow planning permission granted to buildings that do not yet have it.
In its content, it adapts to the reality executed in all that can be adapted, does not increase the floor area does not diminish the urban standards (parks, areas of assignment), it redistributes buildable between plots and solves the problems of execution urbanization.
