Hiking Club Friends of Nature and the City of Mazarrón held last weekend the World Environment Day, thus fulfilling one of the main links that use the United Nations to promote public awareness about the natural area promoting respect and care.

On Saturday, a stand installed in the weekly market of Mazarrón bid several information and outreach activities.

The initiative was repeated on Sunday in the Plaza of the Autonomous Communities of Puerto de Mazarrón.

During the conference, which was attended by more than a hundred children, sweatshirts and more than 200 plants of thyme, rosemary, sage and lavender were distributed.
