The local board of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) and a dozen hairdressers the municipality will participate next Sunday in a new act of the "Locks Solidarity".
It will be at the Puerto de Mazarrón Coopers Square from 10:00 to 14:00.
Those who wish may get a haircut at the price of 5 euros.
The money raised will go to the benefit of the Spanish Association Against Cancer.
The campaign "Solidarity Strands" is an initiative of the AECC who is touring throughout the country with the slogan "We transform your hair in hopes for cancer patients, creating custom wigs."
Mazarrón hairdressers who have already confirmed their collaboration are: Ginés Hairdressers, Silvia Noguera, Aquarius, Pilar Verdú, Gini Gonzalez, Rachel Barber, Barber Jose Torres, Maribel Soler, Barber Pepi, Mari Carmen and Barber Barber Dami.
