Mazarrón City Council has imposed on the company Aqualia a penalty of EUR 37,886.71 for committing a serious infringement.
The penalty is equal to 1% of the award and is due to a default "broadcast for collection of receipts for water, sewer and garbage, for the second two months of 2015, without prior approval by the mayor's office Presidency and contrary to previous indications given dealer dated 17 April 2015 regarding the special tariffs apply. "
The proposal was presented by Mayor in regular full-July held Tuesday.
Finally proposal received 20 votes in favor and 1 abstention.
The agreement declares the company AQUALIA responsible for the commission of a serious offense, in accordance with the provisions of clause 16.2.7 of the PCAP.
The amount of the penalty (37,886.71 euros) will be paid on the final guarantee provided by the concesionariado, the company must immediately proceed to refund the amount.
