Local Police Mazarrón launched last Thursday July 30 a special device that was able to confiscate more than 1,400 illegal hawking items on the seafront of Puerto de Mazarrón.

The officers, in civilian clothes, spoke 25 different types of items.

Mobile phone covers, articles of imitation brand clothing, jewelry, office equipment and toys totaled 1458 the total amount of articles seized.

These operations will be repeated in order to comply with the existing Ordinance and prevent unauthorized sale as detrimental to businesses in the area to pay their taxes.
