Independent Union of Mazarrón (UIDM) makes this statement to demand the resignation of the Mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jimenez, of lying with impunity to all Mazarron.

And we are not referring to the statements made on the 'Covenant of Wonders', if not on this occasion is verifiable facts showing that the qualification of "liar" that we spent yesterday falls short and it's been 100 Complimentary days since he was sworn in.

As stated today in a regional newspaper, Alicia Jimenez said yesterday that "the previous municipal corporation has not left us budget item so that we can celebrate the event this year, so I doubt that we can finally do it."

Nothing further away from reality.

As contemplated in the budgets of 2015 (photographic archive that is attached to this release), the former corporation allocated 50,000 euros for holding 'Fotogenio', the largest photographic event of Spain who has lived his best years with the support and excellent economic management that made Ginés Campillo in his time as mayor of Mazarrón.

Therefore, if the budget is covered by the program 334 for Cultural Promotion of the budgets of 2015 from UIDM we wonder what has become of the 50,000 euros that were to be allocated to 'Fotogenio'.

But what is more serious, and this also refers to the report in the newspaper 'La Verdad' is that the Mayor says there is no money for 'Fotogenio' but we do have 82,000 euros to spend on their new partners government.

But we want to be constructive, since the mayor moved UIDM the idea that you ask your new council of Staff, 3 times 'ex' Francisco Garcia, how can bail of 50,000 euros to 4 million euros paid Aqualia the City of Mazarrón last May.

Since it seems very strange that Garcia has been able to spend 4 million euros in just one month payment is paid by Banco Santander until he left office before the arrival of the elections.

Then we challenge the Mayor, Alicia Jiménez, to appear with his new partner in government, Francisco Garcia, for an explanation to all Mazarron what they have done with those 4 million.

Still, we maintain our request for resignation by the Mayor of Mazarrón for lying cheating with impunity once again all Mazarron and we also hope that, at least, explain all this to the citizens of Mazarrón before leaving office.

Finally from UIDM we hope that the present rulers do their worked for Mazarrón can count one year with one of its flagships as is 'Fotogenio' and how important it was for the municipality, covirtiéndose a national benchmark that has crossed borders and it has generated significant benefits to Mazarrón thanks to the good work and excellent work of the organizers and a real serious and responsible as Mazarrón Independent Union party.
