5 to December 13, ten restaurants offer daily three of their best dishes in the restaurant market gAstrogAllo 2.0 host in its facilities Cresta del Gallo 2.0 building located on Avenue of the Constitution of Mazarrón.
Two of the ten participating restaurants are invited establishments: Mother of God and The Passage / Salt and Almagre, both of Murcia.
The rest are local Mazarrón Bay: Manduca, La Barraca, La Meseguera, salt, Mata / Foundry, New Bodeguita, Fizz and Oscar's.
Each of them will offer three daily tapas.
Mother of God with cloud whim salmon sardine, bags of beef cheek ravioli and Nordic shrimp puff.
Salt and Almagre: Confí timbale with duck and roasted eggplant cave cheese sauce, foie cannelloni with roasted leek and green apple and cheek of hake at low temperature.
Manduca: nigiri, futomaki and uramaki.
La Barraca: Scorpion fish pie, battered cod with onions and dessert of the day.
The Meseguera: vegetable pie with truffle and piquillo sauce, delicious Iberian and foie Pedro Ximenez and pump potato and cod with salsa.
Salt: hamburguesita of flat, chicken and foie surprise textures.
Mata / Foundry: croquetón cod, summer sausage and pork loin ajillón.
New Bodeguita: sardine toast nest oxtail and red bean casserole and Toulouse sausage.
Fizz: carpaccio of salmon and trout honey, flute holins cheek, belly, pepper and mayonnaise.
Oscar's: CCC special, international and Spanglish mazarrón cover.
A jury headed by Pablo González-Michelin star restaurant La Cabana Conejero-Buenavista, award for best cover in a ceremony to be held on Saturday December 12 at 16:00.
Earlier chef González-Conejero conduct a master class with local products.
