Bolnuevo beaches, Playa Grande, Alamillo and Isla Plana welcomed last weekend the XI National Open of Fishing Bay of Mazarrón.

A total of 125 participants from the different regions appointment at one of the highest concentrations of fishing taking place in Spain and this year was made in memory of Miguel Angel Pastor amateur occurred.

Participants enjoyed a perfect night for the practice of fishing.

Finally Alejandro Lopez de Murcia Tecnopesca Club won the Test win.

Juan Manuel García Bass Club of Murcia and Juan Martinez de Murcia Pescasurf took second and third place.

The larger piece, a sea bass of 661 grams, was caught by Jose Antonio Ruiz.

While Juan Martinez was the participant who scored highest number of catches (21).

The awards ceremony was attended by the president of the Fishing Federation of Murcia, Francisco Alvarez, the Councillor for Sports, Patricio Sanchez and president of the Fishing Club of Puerto de Mazarrón, Juan Antonio Mula.
