The director of the People's University of Mazarrón, Jose Maria Lopez Ballesta, opens with his proclamation on the night of Thursday, the Festivities 2015 in honor of the Immaculate Conception.
The appointment is at 21:30 pm in the Parish Center of Mazarrón.
Before and following the protocol, Lopez Ballesta signed in the Book of Honor of the City in a ceremony in the Plenary Hall of Town Hall.
