Many neighbors and visitors have toured the first route of the Nativity organized by the Department of Culture of the City of Mazarrón and which involved the parishes, associations and individuals in the municipality.
In total there were eight cribs which have been shown in this first route, those belonging to the parish of San José de Mazarron, the Housewives Association, the Nursing Home and neighboring Francisco Mendez, Mari Carmen Moreno, Mariana Blaya, Ana Garcia and Alfonso Hernandez.
The route has been invited to stroll through the town, during this time, allowing appreciate a traditional family, deeply rooted among generations of Mazarron work.
Those who completed the route sealed a passport entitled to participate in a raffle for a basket of Kings which took place last Tuesday in the Town Hall Square after the parade.
Finally it was Francisca Mendez was the lucky neighbor.
Chocolate and Closing
On Sunday January 10, the Association of Housewives of Mazarrón held the traditional closing of Bethlehem, offering attendees, as usual, chocolate and biscuits.
During the event, the Department of Culture will add to the surveys carried out by the Association of housewives with a diploma delivery to the participants of this first route of the Nativity.
