The mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jimenez and the councilman of Social Policy, Laura Ortiz, they handed over this Wednesday, several municipal subsidies to associations of the municipality, after conducting the signing of a cooperation agreement between the various entities.
The result of this, the Association of Parents of Children with mental disabilities in Mazarrón (ASPADEM) receives 10,000 euros for costs of maintenance therapy pool La Canada.
This facility not only serves users association itself, also children of 0-6 years Early Childhood Center, users of the Centre for Intellectual Disability Day Centre and eventually students Alzheimer Unit .
Juan Zamora, president of Aspadem, thanked the municipal subsidy and indicated that now face new expenses such as replacing boilers.
Making a Difference subsidy and New Course
Similarly, associations and Making a Difference New Rumbo each receive a grant of 3,300 euros for development aid provided to needy families in the municipality, in collaboration with the Social Services City.
