T his morning the mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, presided at the inauguration of the Director of Senior Citizens Day Centre de Mazarrón, Miguel Angel Rodriguez Torres, together with the Councillor for Social Policy, Yolanda Vivancos, and the Secretary General, Mercedes Gómez .

This new addition joins the recent adoption by the Governing Board of the City's Internal Regulations of the Day Centre de Mazarrón, these new steps portend the imminent opening of this space to promote health and entertainment offering dependents of the municipality.

The Day Center will host a plant Mazarrón dedicated to the care of elderly and other Day Care Service, for people dependent on the municipality.

This space will also have administrative offices, staff room, workshops, an auditorium, cafeteria and kitchen, among others.

This building will be equipped with material and social health will not only be aimed at older people but also for dependents, allowing the latter's family to reconcile work and family.
