The Union of Small Farmers (UPA) in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of the City Council this month taught a course on animal welfare for the farmers of the municipality.

The course, which is being conducted from Sept. 10, will end next Wednesday, October 1 and will be held in the City Hall from 18:00 to 22:00 h.

This course aims to promote training among professionals linked to livestock, whose main aims are to promote transportation, animal handling and, above all, improve their breeding work.
