The Governing Council has approved investments worth 3.8 million euros to build a cultural center in Mazarrón and the conditioning of the public library in the municipality of Abarán.

The construction of the new center of Mazarrón has a budget of 3.6 million euros which will be provided by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

The center will be located on the street Burial of the Sardine, which will be built on a plot donated by the municipality.

For its part, the City Council will receive 244,328 euros Abarán to improve the facilities of the municipal library, built in the cultural center of the town.
