The Civil Guards were held Sunday onomastics of their patron saint, the Virgen del Pilar.
The mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya has attended as a guest of honor at the celebration of the patron saint of the civil guards in honor of the Virgen del Pilar coinciding with the National Party, whose event was held at the Church of San Jose, Puerto de Mazarrón.
A Mass also attended by members of the Governing Body such as the mayors of Culture, Alicia Jimenez, Infrastructure, José Antonio Roman, Civil Protection, Jacqueline Galvez, Sports, Francisco Antonio Raja and festivities, Luisa María Heredia.
The 'Meritorious', popularly known by this name is part of the Security Forces of the State, whose mission is to protect the free exercise of the rights and freedoms of the Spanish, and to ensure public safety.
