The Director of the Institute for Youth, Veronica Lopez, recently presented the program "D-Tour 'to enable the exchange of musical groups of young people between the municipalities in the region.
During this ceremony was attended by the Councillor for Youth, Francisco Antonio Raja, who was enthusiastic about this initiative that will expand the connection between the youth of the region.
'D-Tour' aims to promote music making among young people, support groups in the region and facilitate the conducting of concerts.
For groups and bands interested are offered the opportunity to participate in concerts organized completely free of charge by the municipalities.
They will take care of transportation, packing the stage, providing light, sound and catering if necessary.
This youth program is aimed at young people in the Region of Murcia, aged between 12 and 30, to practice any form of music, individually or in groups, who were born or residing in the municipalities assigned to this project.
Participants will be provided free of cost and production infrastructure needed to perform at the concert.
Young people can join the project through the Youth Council of Mazarron on the phone 968 591 810.
Currently, 'D-Tour "with the participation of 14 municipalities in the region, among which is Mazarron, whose membership is open to accession by other localities of Murcia.
