The Federation of Organisations for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities and Cerebral Palsy (FEAPS) held on Friday, November 21 at 20:00
the "thirteenth edition Laurel Award 'at the Auditorium" Victor Villegas "de Murcia.
This social event will recognize the work done by different companies in the Region of Murcia has contributed to the integration of people with intellectual disabilities.
Currently, FEAPS Murcia has 25 associations and over 300 companies that make up this display of solidarity, among which is the beauty salon Mazarron 'Pilar Verdú SL'.
The manager of this company holds in its workforce, from just over one year to two young, Ana Inma 22 years and 20 years, with intellectual disabilities, who are integrated into society by learning a trade and coping with the other partners with a training program.
Mazarron businesswoman has joined this important act of solidarity collaboration with the Federation of Organizations for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities and Cerebral Palsy, by signing an agreement with PEEM, the Association for the Integration of Mentally Handicapped dedicated to search supported employment for persons with disabilities.
The Town Council of Mazarron, through the Department of Social Policy, congratulated the company of the municipality to contribute to creating employment for people with disabilities and encourages the rest to follow suit so supportive.
