On Friday the Minister of Public Works and Planning, José Ballesta, read the Proclamation of the Festival del Milagro with emotive words and loving Mazarron motivated by their roots.
The event which was chaired by the Mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, accompanied by the Councillor for Fiestas, Luisa María Heredia, Councillor of Culture, Alicia Jiménez, Councillor for Infrastructure, José Antonio Román, Councillor Care to Residents Aliens, Jacqueline Gálvez and Councillor for the Environment, Juana Maria Morales, who have shown their sense rosemary.
The headman of Bolnuevo, Luis Paredes, has initiated this event featuring José Ballesta highlighting his long academic and professional background and then encouraging him to go on stage.

The Mayor has completed the act by giving the Town Crier the symbol of the Mazarron like the Phoenician ship.
