The Consistory of Mazarrón has concluded, a few hours in advance and through a simple act, the thirtieth anniversary of the adoption of the Spanish Constitution of 1978.
Blaya has issued a brief but powerful speech in which he asserted that "the Constitution is the framework for coexistence of all Spanish, and now, after 30 years, it is still important to defend the instrument that brought us democracy and achieved freedom of the Spanish people. "
