The Governing Council of the Autonomous Region of Murcia, at its last meeting, approved the granting of a vehicle designed to Civil Protection Services of the City of Mazarrón.

The vehicle, valued at 15,960 euros, will be focused to cover early intervention services and leadership.

Currently, the Civil Protection Service which employs ten people are endowed with three vehicles, two of them off-road and other multiple transport to nine people.

This new vehicle will promote the implementation of services by the Civil Protection Service, whose staff grew to forty people, thanks to the introduction of volunteers in the activities performed during the weekends, the summer period and / or holidays.
