In most cases the lack of professional qualification is usually associated with long-term unemployed, which primarily affects women.
To remedy this situation, the Department of Employment and Training Mazarrón City Council has developed a pioneering project called 'Say-What-Diversification and Skills'.
This innovative program, for pupils of secondary school room of the municipality's schools, takes into account its proximity to the workplace and the need for their training is growing in this area.

Diversification and Skills' is a more detailed meeting the demand of young people through job information workshops, meetings with professionals and visit the exhibition of training.
This morning, Councillor for Employment and Training, Miguel Ballesta, has visited the students integrated into this project, who has supported them and encouraged them to study this profession who wish to pursue in the future.
This project is guided and coordinated by a technician from the Department of Employment and Training, who has already started talks for all schools in Mazarrón.
The training also will go to the teachers, who compiled a guide to materials for use by professionals involved in the project and training in areas of equal opportunity and enterprise.
