This morning the mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, accompanied by the Councillor for Education and Social Policy, and Yolanda Concepcion Ballesta Vivancos, visited the 'Market Solidario' Institute for Education Sunday Valdivieso of Mazarrón.

This activity, held for the fourth consecutive year, is integrated into the events planned to celebrate the Day of St. Thomas Aquinas.

This year the funds raised in this joint action will be allocated to the provision of two classrooms, library, included in Education Project, developed by the NGOs for Development Cooperation to the Franciscan Sisters are in Matola (Mozambique).

This common project in which students have worked, teachers, parents and people outside the educational community, the Town Council of Mazarron has also contributed their bit by donating several copies of local issues.
