The mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, along with Councillor for Citizen Security, Segundo Muñoz, have recently held a meeting with the Provincial Director of Traffic, José Quirantes Alonso, to enhance the communicative connection between the two institutions.
Among the commitments made by José Quirantes, during the course of this meeting, it is worth noting his intention to visit soon in town, as well as giving material Provincial Traffic Authority for the use of the local police in Mazarrón.
Another point to be addressed in this formal meeting has been the main cause of accidents in the Region of Murcia, in particular, in the town of Mazarron, and the measures being undertaken at present by the DGT reduce their number.
