Pupils of Secondary School Philip II with his teachers have recently received the visit of Edward Martin, who has conducted a conference entitled "Science and thought in the Spanish Golden Age."
Edward Martin has defended the uniqueness of the history of Spain, the existence of a science and Spanish properly thought that in no case be considered inferior to science and thought of other European nations at the time.
The speaker, an expert in such matters, a degree in Economics from the University of the Basque Country and Philosophy from the University of Deusto, where he has taught for ten years.
The young people have been excited as this initiative of Secondary School Philip II, in which all participants have collaborated with questions and suggestions.
