The mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, and the Councillor of Culture, Alicia Jiménez, inaugurated the group exhibition 'spaces of reflection' in the building of the town hall of Mazarrón.
The opening ceremony was attended by hundreds of neighbors who have wanted to witness this masterpiece, performed by twelve friends with prestigious career in the art world, both professionally and for his penchant for his fans, including many of them are teachers of Fine Arts.
The group exhibition will remain open until 20 June, will be open in the basement and second floor of this building used to be a cultural exhibition space.
The exhibition of paintings and sculpture, made exclusively for the iconic building of the town hall, makes an excellent tour from figuration to abstraction in works of small and large format, nestled in a rich pluralistic approaches.
The twelve artists who make up the exhibition space of reflection 'are: Almagro, Manuel Delgado, Esteban Linares, Mario Perez de la Rosa, Paco Niguez, Elisa Ortega, Manolo Pardo, Emilio Pascual, Rafa Richart, Antonio Rosa, and Rosa Vivancos Blas Mazarron Miras.
This exhibition, organized by the Culture Department of the City of Mazarrón, aims to bring together in this major cultural exhibition space to the citizens of Mazarrón.
DETAILS OF THE ARTISTS:
Almagro is a teacher, expert in figurative painting currently on view in the Hall of CAM in Murcia and recently opened a large sculpture in Alhama de Murcia.
Manuel Delgado is a professor, specializing in figurative work.
Esteban Linares is a teacher, an expert on figurative work, interested in graphic design and Japanese culture.
Mario Pérez de la Rosa is a teacher, anxious about the sculpture but presents work on felts.
His work is abstract and conceptual line Chillida and Oteiza.
The Mazarron Blas Miranda is a teacher and share the literature with visual art, focusing on the abstract using materia resources.
Niguez Paco, who is also teaching approaches performed with intimate figurative works.
