In May the museum are two celebrations of international actors that bring these institutions to society in a fun and festive: the International Museum Day -18 May, "promoted by ICOM (International Council of Museums) to add to museums around the world and the Night of Museums (May 20), involving more than 1,200 museums across Europe.

The Department of Culture of the City of Mazarrón, in his interest to draw attention to the roles of cultural spaces at the disposal of the municipality, has planned a series of activities to commemorate these two celebrations in the context of the Town Hall building .

So this Wednesday, May 20, the building will extend its visiting hours to 23:00 hours with a full program of museum:

From 10:00 hours to 14:00 hours and from 17:00 hours to 20:00 hours, coinciding with the hour, it will first several guided tours of the building and the exhibition halls.

At 21:30 pm there will be the actions of the chorale "CANTAVILES" in the Meeting Room of Town Hall.

Groups interested in visiting the building can reserve an appointment, specifying the desired time and the number of people to contact telephone: 968 59 00 12 (extension: 226, 227, 228).

The Department of Culture of the City of Mazarrón invites all citizens, groups and institutions to attend this celebration, no doubt, created to strengthen links between culture and society.
