This morning the mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, presented the 'I Campus Fran Murcia Mazarrón Bay' in the company of ex-basketball player Fran Murcia and the Councillor for Sports, Francisco Antonio Raja.
The event, held at the Plenary Hall of the Town Hall of Mazarron, Mazarron has brought fans to the world of basketball.
This pioneering initiative in the Region, which will take place from June 29 to July 4, is open to the participation of children in the Region of Murcia, aged between 8 and 15.
The 'I Campus Fran Murcia Mazarrón Bay' was created to bring professional basketball to all the children of the municipality.

The campus will also house a guided tour by the natural, historic, artistic and cultural town where children can enjoy their favorite sport in conjunction with recreational activities for professionals in the world of basketball.
Francisco Blaya, during a meeting with the media, said the importance of improving the sport of bases, especially among children in the municipality.
For its part, Fran Murcia has assured that this campus will combine sport with the purchase of securities be imposed attitudes healthy.
