The therapeutic possibilities of stem cells will be the subject of ongoing study by the International University of the Sea to be held from yesterday until July 17 in Puerto de Mazarrón.
The organizers intend to develop these days, a forum for scientific discussion with experts in cell therapy researchers to highlight the progress and challenges in this new field of medicine.
The course will analyze the different types of stem cells and their biological properties and will announce the new types of bone marrow and umbilical cord stem cells.
This activity of the Universidad Internacional del Mar is led by José María Moraleda, Salvador Martinez and Augusto Silva.
