CCOO has received numerous complaints by members of the magistrate of Mazarrón, the conditions in which they conduct their daily work, ranging from lack of resources to lack of accessibility to the court conditions and the poor both electrical installations, which while still in the XXI century, jump leads to overload light box is almost impossible to replace the fuse to your situation because of the high temperature achieved, as the building itself that not only have the officials of the magistrate but those within the same building work in the library and the Municipal Archives.

CCOO has demanded it of any inspection of those premises by the Labour Inspectorate, evaluating the events described and issuing an assessment of them, proposing the necessary measures that address gaps
The deficiencies are:
Discomfort due to lack of space (The members of the judicial office are practically stacked together in the same space furniture, files civil registration books, staff and public who come to the premises).
The emergency measures provided for in Article 20 of Law 31/1995.
Large numbers of mites as a result of dust in the books of the Civil Registry, as these are in direct contact with them, resulting in problems including allergies.
Lack of facilities for the performance of work.
User conflicts.
Wiring of the technical teams on the ground, in space through which pass the members of the judicial office and the public to access these facilities.
