A total of 23 young Mazarron aged between 8 and 16 years have enjoyed a week in the Summer Youth Camp organized by the Youth Council of the City of Mazarrón.
The venue for this year has been the Nerpio people in the province of Albacete, in the heart of the Sierra del Segura, in the Camping Los Noguerales.
Mazarron Consistory initiative has proven to be successful for both parents and children involved, as they have been able to enjoy many activities in the Sierra, with stunning landscapes and activities that have been transported to prehistoric times.
Children traveling group members have been visited by the Town Council Youth Councillor, Francisco Antonio Raja, has visited Mazarron youth who are enjoying various sports and leisure activities such as hiking, climbing, flying fox, abseiling, archery and horseback in hair and visits to cave paintings, the landscape and the mini-zoo camp.
With this initiative, young people have made archaeological workshops, recreation, cave paintings and shadow puppets.
In leisure time the Mazarron, guided by the six monitors that accompany them at all times, have enjoyed most refreshing activities like swimming in the pool and the River Segura.
