The Autonomous Community of Murcia, through the Ministry of Public Works and Planning will begin in September this year a new housing development of public advocacy in the town of Mazarrón.

The project will include a promotion of 13 single-family homes in South Caleñares located in Puerto de Mazarrón.

The houses, equipped with parking and storeroom, are designed to rehousing of families at risk of social exclusion.

The plot on which buildings will be built with an area of 1,356 square meters and was ceded by the City of Mazarrón the Housing and Land Institute for the promotion of new social housing in the municipality.
