The Public School Infanta Leonor de Mazarrón this course will implement a bilingual education plan to ensure their students that a third of classes are taught in English.
To ensure quality training of students, teachers and teachers of English specialty school will have to undergo an intensive course of 200 hours which will be qualified to provide such bilingual teaching.
In the classes there will be a native English speaker to accompany both the teacher and pupils and students in developing this program, which will be implemented progressively and will begin its journey in First Primary Education.
The Trinity College London will be responsible for assessing the level of the students.
It is expected that in the coming years, gradually expand the scheme to other schools in the municipality and also with other languages like French and German.
Thanks to this bilingual curriculum, the students get recognition on their academic record and in turn be issued a certificate at European level.
It is recalled that the town of Mazarrón has eight years with a bilingual education center such as charter schools Siglo XXI, which provides preschool, kindergarten, elementary and secondary schools.
