Occupational Center of the City of Mazarrón, under the Department of Social Policy, will be realized during the 2009-2010 academic year a few new targets set by the Consistory to increase activity and the dynamics between users of the center.
The challenge this year is to promote sports activities, the following of rules and regulations for the individual and team play as well as enhance collaboration and participation with other Regional Occupational Centers.
To ensure this new order, the departments of Sport and Social Policy of the City of Mazarrón work in unison for the first time to achieve integration of users of Occupational Center School Sports Program, organized by the Directorate General of Sports in the Community Autonomous Region of Murcia.
Thanks to this social initiative, which will be encompassed in the activities of Adapted Sports, Occupational Center users can register for sports of table tennis, swimming, cross country and bocce, practice being scheduled in each sport to reach its culmination in the regional competition dates.
Another objective is pursued by the Centre for users to participate in all local sporting events, including them in the activities of Sports Academies.
