The Association of Southeast Natural Alert serious environmental impact on the landscape and will involve the approval of the Partial Plan Monteverde (formerly Trianamar).

The project aims to build nearly 1000 homes that will house 3,500 residents in an undeveloped stretch of coastline, destroying a plant micro-reserve and altering the environment of the natural monument "Bolnuevo Gredos"

, anteriormente conocido como Trianamar, y cuyo representante legal era el ahora diputado Andrés Ayala.

A juicio de la Asociación se trata de un proyecto desfasado (fue aprobado en 1988) e inviable ambientalmente, pero que las Administraciones competentes (Ayuntamiento de Mazarrón, Consejerías con competencias en Ordenación del Territorio) no han sido capaces de solucionar en 20 años ni en la revisión del PGMO de Mazarrón, ni en las Directrices del Litoral de la Región de Murcia.

En el ámbito del Plan Parcial se han encontrado hasta 17 especies de flora protegidas muchas de ellas endémicas e iberonorteafricanas.

Además, la práctica totalidad del ámbito del Plan Parcial se encuentra inventariado como hábitat de interés comunitario por su interesante vegetación.

Todos estos valores ambientales, tiene su traslado a diferentes figuras de protección aprobadas con posterioridad a la aprobación del Plan Parcial Trianamar.

All these environmental values, is transferred to different forms of protection adopted after the approval of the Partial Plan Trianamar.

Así por ejemplo, el Plan Parcial es directamente colindante al LIC “Sierra de las Morerasâ€� (2000) ya la ZEPA “Sierra de la Almenara, Moreras y Cabo Copeâ€� (2001).

Igualmente, el Plan Parcial resulta inmediatamente colindante al Paisaje Protegido “Sierra de la Moreras� (1992).
